I called many plumbing companies.My water heater made noises.One company right of gate after explaining the noises adamantly told me that my water heater is broken and needs to be exchanged....over the phone.Others were super pricy and not very friendly and responsive.Big City Plumbing stood out exceptionally.Angel answered the phone with a smile and was super responsive to my concerns.She not promised but tried to get somebody out.We scheduled an appointment for the following week.To my surprise I got a call back to inform me that somebody actually would be available and asked if it would work for me.Absolutely awesome.I got a text with the plumbers picture and the estimated time of arrival.Great safety measures!!! I had an issue with a service provided a few weeks ago at the home I am renting. I called to discuss the problem with the manager, Mr. Barerra, and found him very polite and receptive. The technician was at fault for the plumbing issue not being solved and I was given a refund for the services.Good business practices and honest policies. I would definitely call them in the future just knowing they aren't trying to get one over on anyone, just doing honest work.

Rent a snake for $40 at Home Depot or Lowes. I paid them nearly 4 times that amount and they brought out a snake that didn't even have a head on it. They promised to bring one with a camera for that price and instead, just tapped the clog with this old, rackety snake. I have pics. Ultimately I purchased a product and cleaned the drains myself overnight. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Called to request help with water leak. Turned out it was a sewer line back up. Plumbit was there in 2.5 hours and had the problem resolved within 1 hour. Very knowledgeable. Ultimate professional. I highly recommend them!!
