Mike came and did a fireplace inspection, and water heater flush and plumbing inspection. Since I recently bought my home I was unfamiliar with how to use the fireplace. He showed me how to operate it and talked me through every part of each inspection and was very patient to answer all my questions which helped me feel more comfortable knowing more about my new home. Can't say enough about how thorough and patient he was!

His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. Rigo and Joseph came to replace the PRV pipe outside of my house. They made sure I understood the process so I knew what to expect. They quoted me the price for the service and gave me a time range of 3 to 4 hours. To my astonishment, they were done in 2. Both guys were kind and courteous and made the whole process easy. They provided me a two hour window and honored my request of arriving within the first hour of the window on a Sunday. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as, able to clearly explain the identified issue. I will definitely call them for service with any future needs. I was told they were experts with my tankless water heater. The technician was clueless and didn’t know how to restart it or reboot it, turn the power off and restart. He just wanted to sell me a new system. If I could give it zero stars I would. They completely took my $89 after I told him my experience and told him to leave my house. Do not use this plumbing company. Scam

Very satisfied with their service, Justin and Joseph know what they are doing. We hired another company before Aramendia and it was a waste of money and time. Aramendia is reliable and very affordable for the kind of job they do. I’m not an easy person to please but this company and the gentlemen that came to make the repairs on our water header have fulfilled my expectations. Armando is a tremendous asset to San Antonio Plumbing. He is knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and friendly. We had a water heater go bad just before Christmas, and Armando replaced it in a very professional manner.. Customer service was extraordinarily good and far exceeded my expectations. I can't imagine a better experience!

Service was excellent!!!! Jesse came out and looked through everyone's unit and was able to find the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and flexible. Truly went above and beyond and even tightened some of our pipes in the basement and took an extra look at a separate issue in one of our units. We would highly recommend this company and will be using them again if anything else comes up.

Orlando and Edgar were so incredibly professional and kind. They came into my home and were able to figure out what was wrong immediately. They made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and why. They made sure I was well informed with what was going to be done and the cost before they proceeded. Normally it takes over a week to get service. Evenflow was able to respond the same day. There is normally a $525 fee for a 3 hour task estimate. Eric located the short in the outdoor line very quickly and his tech, George, got the corrective work finished in under an hour. The net cost to me was $225. Both were very professional and took the time to explain the nature of the electric fault as well as corrective options. I will be calling them back for plumbing as well as roofing estimates. This was a wonderful experience and the best $225 I've spent in many years.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Joe was very informative as I asked him to verify information and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Joe showed up to work a few minutes early and was efficient with his time. He replaced a PRV at a fair price. Thank you and I will hire you again for future jobs as they are needed.

I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex

He really took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was also very friendly and efficient. The job was done quickly and I was very pleased with the results. Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
