To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

My water heater stopped working and I needed a technician to diagnose the issue to report to my insurance. Looking around The companies I called wanted to charge $100 or more just to come out and diagnose the issue, it seemed far too much and so when I called All Pro I was happy to find they were much more reasonable and were even able to see me same day! Cody Blackmon arrived on time and was very professional and courteous, his service was above and beyond. When I explained this was for insurance he even offered to join me on a call with the insurance folks to best explain the issue. This helped me get things moving quickly and was much appreciated. He followed up with me regularly until insurance approved the replacement and was then able to schedule me in the next day! The installers that arrived were Adrian Dado and Adam, they were friendly and highly experienced, they answered any questions I had - even giving me some tips to help maintain the unit. Their workmanship looks excellent and they were efficient with their time. They left the area very clean and went over the details of the unit offering to answer any questions I might have before they left. I cannot think of one thing the All Pro team could have done better, very impressive. I will be sure to go back to them on any future repairs.

Jim was great, he showed up and immediately found the problem and fixed it for $78. I had two other quotes from large plumbing places and they wanted between $600-$900 to fix the problem. Roto-Rooter is my new plumbing company because they earned it.

They're honest, helpful plumbers. They give you all your options and properly advise you. There's no surprise in the price as they are upfront about the cost. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but I have always been very happy with their work.

Great business! Fantastic service! I've used Green Star Plumbing Company San Antonio three times, and I wouldn't go to anybody else for my plumbing problems. This time, I had a slab leak that caused me significant concern. Juan, however, from Green Star Plumbing Company in San Antonio, came to my home and put my worries to rest. He saw to it that the slab leak was addressed effectively and affordably. You should contact them right away if you need any plumbing services!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Adam and his partner from A&A are awesome. Not only that they are knowledgeable, they did a wonderful job with fixing my plumbing problems.
