I just had a great experience with Sonny from I find leaks. We needed a leak identified, over the weekend. We called I find leaks and Sonny picked up the phone immediately and was at our home in 2 hours. He immediately found the leak and personally called a list of plumbers that did weekend emergency work until he found someone that could fix the leak. He then made a smooth handoff to the plumber to explain the problem and made sure we were in good hands. Finally, he called later in the day to make sure everything went as planned. I don’t write reviews but this extraordinary service needed to be recognized. Thanks Sonny!

Very fast with their response time very inexpensive and very friendly .

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

We cannot begin to thank this company enough for being so proactive on a holiday weekend. Margaret ensured her plumber arrived immediately to access the situation and Brendon, their top notch employee, located the system we needed and installed it with such precision. Our LG refrigerator posted an error code ER CO. After some research we determined that we had a communication problem with the refrigerator which prevented us from dispensing water and ice from the refrigerator. As a result we contacted FAST and they dispatched Dan to answer our service call. Dan was prompt and checked out our refrigerator. Initially, we thought it was running and it was a problem with the communication boards. He ordered the boards for us and thoroughly explained what the problem was and said he was going to order replacement boards. He also explained our problem resolution could simply be rebooting the refrigerator which would entail unplugging the refrigerator and plugging it back in. The downside to this solution was that if we unplugged it, it may not come back on. We agreed not to unplug it until he had secured the replacement boards. On the 3rd day after the error code posted, we noticed the refrigerator was not working. Ice was melting in the freezer and the refrigerator was not cooling. Since the refrigerator wasn't working my wife and I decided we had nothing to lose but to follow Dan's suggestion to unplug the refrigerator and try to reboot it. As a result of rebooting the refrigerator, the refrigerator started working again. Dan followed up with us on the morning of day 5 to check out the refrigerator. He brought replacement boards with him. Based on his checkup, our refrigerator appears to be working well.My wife and I really appreciated Dan. He was prompt and very professional. He took the time to explain the problem to us and with us developed a strategy to resolve our problem. When we did determine that the refrigerator wasn't working, based on our conversation with Dan we had a contingency plan. He also followed up with us as he said he would to ensure our refrigerator was in good repair. Both my wife and I feel very strongly that Dan deserves a free lunch.

The service tech was friendly and quite knowledgeable about the unit. Went above and beyond to maintain cleanliness in his area. Great job. I originally inherited the service through integrity Ar who had a very much a lacking of integrity never was coming to service the unit after selling my 75-year-old mother her maintenance plan. The performance agent strip the AC down to his bones and thoroughly cleaned the unit without making any mess even fixing some of the small details about installation. By the way which only occurs a year ago costing me $8000. Thank you performance for restoring the integrity in the business and wish you overture.

Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!
