The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I found Dan to be super repsonive and easy to work with. I will definitely use Fast of Florida again. I already referred him to my neighbor.

Zach was very helpful/friendly and I loved the honesty since he came out to do a job that would've cost a few hundred dollars but he found that it didn't need to be done so I only paid the small dispatch fee

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

I just want to thank everyone that came out and replaced all my plumbing the last two weeks, ESPECIALLY Rich and Jonathan! We bought our house that claimed to have all new plumbing, and it still had cast iron from the 50's. The toilets kept clogging constantly, and not only did these folks come out and repair the clogs almost immediately, they completely replaced our entire plumbing system. We are so pleased we won't have to worry about this any longer and can enjoy our home finally. Again, thank you Rich and Jonathan (and everyone who helped) for the gallons of sweat you poured, your professionalism, and the ability to do amazing work. My newest go to service handler for electric work. Hands down..Troy was a great person and handled the service very quickly and professionally. I thought it was going to take a couple of hours and be a little costly but was not even close to what I expected. Made my day! I hope I can use him as my main service tech moving forward. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

I called them up for an immediate fix on my repiping. They fixed the same week of. Very fast and on time. They did everything they said they would! Would recommend to anyone!

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.
