Prompt response to my call. However, the plumber that came was in a hurry, it was at the end of the day and resolved the problem only temporarily. I believe he overcharged for the limited amount of work he did. He didn't realize he was working outside my work window when he took a call where someone was rushing him to finish.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday at my dental office. Eric at Slaughter Plumbing was quick to get here and assess the problem. They returned promptly after some set up work was completed and stopped a potentially very damaging leak. Thank you Eric!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

My experience with Midway Services yesterday (Feb 13, 2019) was just GREAT! My service technician TIM did my PLUMBING INSPECTION and he gave some very good advice and my plumbing passed. The next technician that came to my house was SAM who did a very thorough AC INSPECTION and as a former teacher I asked a lot of questions and he patiently explained what and why he was doing certain things to my AC unit. If I was his teacher I would have given him an A+. The efficient OFFICE STAFF at MIDWAY SERVICES should be commended for arranging these two services on the same morning to fit my busy schedule.
