The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. I had scheduled a different vendor to address my issue but after 3 cancelled appointments I contacted Charles. Charles was quick to respond, arrive, provide a quote and get the job done. Charles even recommended that I not perform maintenance that was suggested by the first vendor and explained to me why he was making the suggestion. Charles is now my go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

I had Mike do several things for me, including installing a bidet, and I thought he was great. He did excellent work and his price was very reasonable. I will use him again and have recommended him to family members.

These guys are great. Arrived on time and got my kitchen sink unclogged in no time. He had to completely dismantle the drain pipes under the sink and cleared the pipe in the wall. Nick was very personable and left the work area clean after putting everything back together. I thought the price was very fair for coming to my home after 7:00pm. Great service. Will definitely keep their info handy.

THE TECH came to me and showed me where he was looking. We both saw the leak was at the same point as before. Paul did everything correctly and showed me the test he was using. Paul is an excellent tech and would like to have him come back for our 6 month check up next month. I trust this man.

I discovered we had old leaky galvanized pipe between our meter and main shut off. One week of water usage was at $149. Not good. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing (along with about five other companies) and he said he would be here in one hour. Another company showed up just before him and proposed a two day project (which would have left us without water for all that time. Andy, at Plumb Crazy looked over the job and came up with a fast effective solution to fully replace the main water line in one day. I hired him on the spot. And then he delivered, on time and with good quality. They even cleaned up the mess I made digging up the leak to do a temporary repair. That was above and beyond what they were hired for.
