Jeremy with IFindLeaks was on time and professional. It only took him15-20 minutes to locate the leak. The process was very thorough, efficient and timely. I should also mention that when I called the company, Sonny called me right back. After the work was completed he called again to follow up. I would highly recommend this company!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

He was patient, explained things carefully, and very professional.

I usually dont leave reviews but Beau E. did a great job as he was very professional and actually spoke to me as I was not in his industry so, it made it easy to understand the issue. I have been using Performance Pro for sometime now with many issues on my rental and he has by far been the best.

I had some issues with a water softener for a few months and couldn’t find a service provider that could address the concerns. I called Romo and he brought in a specialist that diagnosed the issue within minutes and once the parts arrived they were able to repair the machine within a half hour. I used the company for backflow meter inspection. Ryan was timely, did a great job, and was very professional and friendly. The pricing is probably not the cheapest but I believe competitive and was able to be scheduled in within a few days of contact. I have used the company before for a plumbing emergency and was extremely satisfied with the service and prompt repair. Overall the company and service has been an A+. The serviceman,Kevin was very informative,courteous, can't say enough about this person.He was able to resolve our problem,a dusty smoke alarm, quickly. We are so thankful. (The alarm kept going off.) We had this company install the alarms a year ago and we were happy with work done.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.
