Great service. Been relying on them for years.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

The Guys that came out to service the Huge Plumbing Issue at my Condo were Amazing and through. Ray, was very nice and Helpful, he did what he could by himself the first day. Kudos for that I am very grateful for that. The 2nd Day a Team came out with the Big Guns (Cameras) that is. And did a top-notch scan of the of the building Pipes, on the Roof, behind the building, everywhere. I was very intriguing to watch this process happen. Dennis, Donny, Scott and there was another guy (Hispanic) were all on point. Great Job Guys, But the Third day was the Best. Donny and Scott did AWESOME JOB, they LOCATED the problem and eliminated the problem. Very Professional, kind and did whatever it took to Finish the job. Search no longer! If this company svcs in your area, i highly recomend utilizing the service. I had a main line stoppage, which turned out to be a little more of a frustrating situation. Techs would not leave until atleast 1 bthroom was functional. They were promptly back to finish the job with different techs..ALL were very courteous and professional. No hidden charges, no upsales, no extra svc charge for returning, and VERY fair on pricing, even on weekends. Ask about there annual maintanance plan, although not pressured, i still signed up..trust me, its a fair deal. This review comes from myself being in the plumbing industry for quite some time. Thank you all @ Performance for leaving our home with a more than satisfying experience!!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Midway literally saved the lives of my family and I. We moved to Florida one year ago and were greeted with Tropical Storm Debbie which destroyed our air conditioning, damaged our doors, our roof and fence. During the storm our dishwasher and garbage disposal also died. We found Midway Services on Angie's List as one of the highest quality and dependable contractors in the St. Petersburg area. We called them to our rescue. They came immediately and gave us the highest quality, most dedicated, and trustworthy service we've ever received in any other state. It was then that Mr. Donnie Wolf introduced himself and the rest of his team to complete dedication throughout all repairs.Black mold was found in our air conditioning units and ducts. Mr. Wolf brought in a microbiologist to assist with the diagnostics of the mold and treatment. The mold was caustic and a critical danger to our lungs. Midway brought in another team to clean out the mold throughout our house. Always making us their first priority, the team worked day and night over weeks to make sure we were all safe. At times members of the team sacrificed their own health to assure that we had the best service, the cleanest air to breath, and the safest environment. At all times, every single technician was always respectful, honorable, kind, and trustworthy. They literally became a big part of our family and we will never ever forget all that they did to bring our life back to normalcy. Any time of the day or night they never refused us. We know that God has blessed us when Midway came to our rescue. Our lives have been returned to normal now but Mr. Donnie Wolf and his FANTASTIC TEAM have become a part of our hearts. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

I previously utilized Paradise air conditioning and had one more annual maintenance left in my plan. When I initially called to make my appointment I was told they couldn’t find my information or second plan remaining.I found out during the call that Paradise air was sold to performance air conditioning electrical and plumbing. The person over the phone never found my second maintenance plan however she went ahead and scheduled it.On May 31st I had a technician come to my house by the name of Shaun who also came with another tech in training. Shaun spent probably 5 minutes in my house and maybe another 10 minutes outside looking at my unit in the back. After that, over an hour had passed and I wasn’t sure what happened. I walked outside and noticed their work truck was still outside in the parking lot. I called the customer service number and I was told Shaun would be in shortly to review my results of my inspection.Shortly after, Shaun came to my door and reviewed my results. Shaun noted I was low on freon and my 2nd motor starter wasn’t properly working. My write up recommended I do a leak detection and he provided me an estimate for freon per pound as well as the replacement cost for the secondary motor. He provided both nonmembership a membership rates. I took time to review his findings and said I would call them back when I’m ready to schedule the maintenance requirements. My gut feeling was these prices were a little high so I called around and found another air-conditioning company, Len’s Air Conditioning.Len’s air-conditioning company came out and quickly assessed my situation. Yes I needed freon, Unlike performance air conditioning which was going to cost me $236 a pound at a membership rate, Len’s charged me $100 a pound. Yes I needed a new second motor starter however my second motor starter was still under warranty so they didn’t charge me for the replacement unlike precision air conditioning which was going to charge me a rate of $130 for a replacement at the membership rate.Len’s Air Conditioning also noted that my drain line wasn’t cleaned at all. I wish I took pictures of that but Performance air conditioning did not properly clean my drain line which is part of your maintenance plan. Now I may still have a leak on my unit, but for now the freon that was added did the job as well as a replacement for the second motor starter, which they did at the same appointment. At my next follow up appointment with Len’s Air Conditioning we are going to review my freon levels and see if leak detection is really required.My final review for performance air conditioning is everything they found was correct however they’re going to charge you double for everything. Take the time to call around and get a second quote. If it seems to high it probably is.My final charge with Len’s Air Conditioning was $255, that was with a service fee to come out which provided a maintenance review and drain clean, starter replacement which they called a replacement cap and the freon needed.
