Kept playing phone tag, (which I thought was really weird for a company). By the time I finally spoke to some one, I already was able to resolve the issue. So I never made it to set up a service call, the 2 stars is because no one should have to volley calls for 2 days if you take pride in customer service. I'm just sad I wasn't able to even become a customer to give a truly fair and honest review!

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.
The quality and cost was better than any other plumber I had used in the past!
Charles is very personable and when he leaves you have met a forever friend and plumber you will always want back for any plumbing issues!

In February 2023, I contacted Plumbing by Paul, LLC to obtain a CCTV Video Inspection to give to the county who was offering rebates for inspection and report. They performed the inspection and issued a report on February 9. When I submitted it to the county, I also needed a VIDEO of the inspection. I called and they sent someone with the RECORDING video equipment on February 21. I have contacted them 3 times on the telephone and left messages with no return call and I have emailed them several times with no response. Additionally, I have written the owner of the company and again....no reply. I cannot attest to the quality of their other services, but I would not use them again. BTW, the report of the first and second inspections yielded different results....
