The person taking the call was very courteous and professional and the service tech Gary was also on time and very professional. He was able to clear the drain and get us back in shape in no time. He also was very diligent to make sure he cleaned up after his work and left the area in better shape than when he arrived.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Ok- I'll admit it, I nearly cancelled my service with them all together. The scheduling was all over the place, and communication was poor overall.. However, it was a holiday weekend and maybe this was a one time event. They were professional on the phone, but did not update me about any last minute changes etc until I called. That being said, the plumber who serviced our house was fantastic. Austin went above and beyond to explain things, in addition to installing the RO system I purchased. You could tell that he wanted to put a stamp of approval on his work, which very admirable quality. The pricing was very reasonable, as I expected to pay more. He stayed quite a while to trouble shoot other issues, explain the piping. He suggested repairs and updates but not in a pushy way. I was interested in these services and he did a great job explaining what he would recommend. There was no sales pitch, just information that I appreciate (Given the misinformation online). Scheduling was choppy, but I'll give it a pass given how impressed I was with the service. I was ready to cancel all together and find a new service provider, but today's service changed that and I will continue my services here because of it.

They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper.
