I called and set up an appointment for my twilight plumbing repapering
plumbing issues I had and things I wanted done. My appointment was easy to schedule, customer service is above and beyond. Made appointment tech Chris who is great showed up on time . We needed materials so he came back and got all he needed to do done. He had to fix prior work from a not a proficient plumbing so it was nice to see the items fixed not only correctly but above and beyond expectations. Follow up is great, work is warrantied. They are not going to be the cheapest out there but you don't want the cheapest believe me. What they give you is quality work, QUALITY AT A FAIR PRICE, THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK AND SHOW A GREAT AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHILE DOING IT. He also gave me great tips about a few other issues in the house and recommended a great restoration company. He answers the phone when you need him, he’s courteous, he’s honest, very pleased with him and his company. Saved me $$$ trying to find where the water damage was coming from.

I was referred to Matt with Shasta Development to help with an entire home remodel here in Sarasota. After I had the cement slab cut open, Matt came in and re-engineered the entire drain system. Best plumber in St. Pete! We are so glad that we found them. Very fast, extremely nice, reasonable prices. First time we could not close a valve, they managed to close it and did it for free! Second time we had a vanity connected and a toilet flange replaced. We are real customers, this is not a fake review. I had several leaks under my sink in kitchen Fossett was dripping, and I had a dripping showerhead that drove me out of my mind. Ryan Arrived right on time and took me through everything that needed to be fixed, and after I regained consciousness I agreed because I knew in the end it would be the smartest thing to do. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I thought all I needed was washers but I was wrong. Ryan replaced the kitchen faucet with a beautiful one And all the leaks under my sink are no longer in existence. My bathroom showerhead no longer drips And that’s because all the guts that goes into the wall need to be replaced I think it’s older than me so It definitely needed to be replaced. Midway Services is my go-to plumbing company. They have installed a gas tankless water heater and removed an inoperable water softener as well as replacing some faulty sink cutoffs. Quality work, conscientious employees.All that holds true and I would like to add that I have started using their air conditioning services. Jason came out today and gave my system a check up. He gave me some good advice and some recommendations to improve our comfort and lower our electric bills.

I called for a leak between the main and the house. Andrew was out within 45 minutes. Promptly found and repaired the leak for what I would consider a bargain price.

Joe came to do annual service of air conditioner. We will ALWAYS request him!! Polite, knowledgeable, thorough....he has it all!!!

Back up plumbing problem continues after service visit. No follow up to address this and no mask wearing even when asked.

Owner scheduled the service very fast and the technician was very prrofesional and did a fine job. Changed 2 shut off valves for the toilets.

Diego showed up at 8:30 pm and ready to work. Diagnosed the problem and fixed our leak. We were very appreciative that he came so late in the day. Very good work and professional. Would definitely have him work on our house again.

Todd was plumber number #6 to visit our home. We attempted to have Choice Home Warranty take care of the problem, but that was just a waste of our time. They sent out teams of plumbers with inferior equipment that failed to get the job done. After the last fail from Choice Home Warranty, we hired Todd to work his magic. And that is just what he did! Todd used real plumbers' tools to attack the problem, many times thicker and more heavy duty, successfully clearing a line that 5 other plumbers could not handle. Todd is a God!
