The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Jarrett did an amazing job with our plumbing issue. He was super honest and walked us through the entire process being new homeowners. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing lines and definitely educated us on what the potential issues could be. He went above and beyond to make sure that our problem is solved (the same day) and we would look forward to working with him again!

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. He executed the installation per the plan and everything is working great. Jarret was a pleasure to work with and we will call him first the next time we need plumbing work done.
