The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Today (12/9/22), Air Conditioning Tech, Kalieb, worked at our condo concerning a persistent AC problem we have been having.
He is a pleasure to work with and clearly takes his job seriously.
He is a problem solver and great at customer service.

I'm retracting my previous review, since just recently I had them come out on a plumbing call, not only did they send technicians that did not have any of the required equipment, but they used my tools and wet vac. 4hrs later they were unavailable to get the job done because they didn't have the proper equipment. The manager was supposed to calle back, after I've left several messages and here we are almost 2 weeks later and not one call back. I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they were different from the rest... apparently not!

I'm a first time customer as my son also used them. Called the day before and they were out before 8:30 am. My ac drain line was clogged their serviceman worked trying to snake it out for quite a while with no success. He then suggested a new line and gave me the price and I gave him the green light. A short time later he was done. I'm happy with all aspects of the job. I found a new plumber and they're even in my town. Thanks guys!

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. The electrician was very knowledgeable and did a nice job. The price was more than twice other bids but used this company because my mother needed it done that day so I just bent over and paid it. $150 worth of materials and job cost $880 and took 1 man 3 hrs. Won't be calling them again, can't afford it unless I was in a bind again.

Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.

I am a 70 year old, retired government worker, with atrial fibrillation. I called Cass Plumbing the week of 8/7/2023 to schedule a faulty tub overflow repair. after missed appointments, numerous call backs, and rescheduled visits, a plumber “Tony” finally showed up last Thursday, but stated he did not have a plumbing tool (???.) and a “part.” So, the repair was not done. After several more days of calls and rescheduled service appointments for 8/24/2023, the plumber stated he would be at my location to effect the fix. The plumber called again and said that he would be there today at Noon. Then at 12:30. No show. More calls. At 1:30PM…”I’m five minutes away.” No show. at 2:15PM: “My GPS says I’m 9 minutes away…” at 3:30PM, still no show. Finally, plumber arrives at 4:40PM. Another Plumber (“Tony”) said: “The needed part cost $375.00, but I will discount it $75.00. I checked with an online plumbing supplier and the entire plumbing assembly to repair the leak, including overflow valve, costs $22.99. I am thoroughly upset. I have wasted days with this very unreliable company that obviously isn’t concerned with their customers’ time and patience, and with questionable pricing practices.
