Best Replace Garbage Disposals in Saint Petersburg FL

I tried to use this business but it seems they do not need anymore customers. I initially called on the morning of May 6th about a repair on my water softener and new filters on my reverse osmosis system. I was happy the someone(my mom cannot remember his name) had come to my house and bypassed the water softener. He told my mother that there was no charge today and he would order the parts and bill me then. I hadn't heard anything so i called on May 17th and reached Cheryl who let me know there was no order for my property and would get back to me. That did not happen. I called on May 18th and spoke with Sharon who told me she could not find the order for my property either. She then stated that the guy that works on water softeners will be back in tomorrow(May 19th). She told me she would look into it and call me that afternoon. Needless to say i have heard nothing! I have now hired a different local plumber!

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

This was the first time I’ve called them, the owner personally took time to speak with me and got me on the schedule immediately. They also brought the project in UNDER quoted budget. Tuesday May 5, woke up to water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Didn't know who to call. Haven't had to use a plumber in many years. Checked with our neighbor who recommended Peoples Plumbing Service. Peoples arrived here within a couple hours. The repair required replacing rusted leaking pipes in a very small hot attic. They also replaced our kitchen faucet that needed to be upgraded. Great job Peoples. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Needed a plumber to install a toilet and replace a faucet. The plumber we have used in the past no longer available. I was very satisfied with the service and response time. I would recommend and use them in future.

The ABC Plumbing team installed both a new A/C and furnace. The furnace installation seemed to be the more difficult of the two items. Good job because both systems worked at the end of day. Three stars and not five is due to not finding out if the permits were pulled and if the units were installed per the city code. There is no emergency shutoff for the furnace and the A/C may have to be elevated due to being in a flood zone. No one from ABC has contacted us even though we were told they would by the installers.

Where to start ... Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to. I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY. I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again. Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again ... so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having. I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this? Not Kidding. This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept! You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.
