Frank came out and explained, in layman's terms, what the problem was, what the resolution would be, how long it would take and the estimated cost. He was very professional, polite and diligent. I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. My technician was Jared and I would definitely recommend Performance A/C. My air conditioning unit was fixed faster than expected, and all representatives at Performance communicated with me quickly and courteously. The price of the repair was comparable to past A/C repairs I’ve been party to and all the details of the transaction were explained transparently.

We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. When I asked around for plumber recommendations, Plumbing by Paul came up several times, more than any other company as someone to check out, so we did. Trey and Matt came over the same day I called to book the apt. The woman I booked it with was very friendly and accommodating as well. Wonderful customer service! They had it fixed within one hour! They were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well. They had a present ready for us before they even came into our home (a roll of toilet paper and some hand sanitizer)! I love that! Whomever came up with that TP present idea is a genius and a keeper! The rate was reasonable for the work done. They had to get up on our roof and clear out the vent pipe, so our total was $329, which is a fair price. Now our kitchen sink is back to normal and we could not be happier about that! We will definitely be calling this company again in the future for any of our plumbing issues. Thank you again for helping us!

Clogged toilet in guest 1/2 of bathroom. Tried doing it myself was unsuccessful so I had to call in the professionals. Called the office and about 2 hrs they were here and got the job done. I guess it helps when you are also right down the street from there largo office.
