Bait and switch is what happened today. I agreed to have them come and clear my drain for $180, and the guy came and said it's $280 to clear my drain from my roof, however, he doesn't want to clear it from the roof, therefore, it's $600 to clear it from my toilet. I said I agreed to $180 to clear my bath tub drain, and he said I won't clear your bathtub drain from the tub drain b/c I might break something. Look, long story short, clearly this business asks their guys to upset, even though I had agreed to $180. Then he says I owe $25, and I said I never heard of a $25 fee, and that the lady I scheduled with told me $79 to clear the drain from outside, and 179/180 if they come inside, and this is wrong.

I understood there was a $30 service fee which was okay. I told them over the phone I had slow drainage in my tub but they would not give me an estimate over the phone. The technician came out turned on the tub and saw it was slow. Then said it would be $286 to fix it. We have had this done before and it was about $100. This place is way too over priced. I paid the tech $30 to turn on the water and tell me an outrageous price and leave. More transparency would have been helpful with making an informed decision.

Both kitchen sink and bathroom shower were totally backed up. Not draining in the slightest. From the time of me calling and the service men, Tom and Tim, arriving it was under 15 mins! They worked hard and were able to get both draining like champs. Always great service! Thank you so much!

I want to Thank Joe Morin and his Team Member for solving a 10year Old Water Leak Mistery. He also, disconnected an old dirty water filter system that was being infused with my drinking water. They cleaned up everything nicely. I will definitely use Paradise Bay Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

We have had both small jobs and large jobs done by Miracle Plumbing, including repipe, snaking sewage line, and installation of a whole house filter. The prices are very reasonable, and the owner, Cesar, is honest, hands on, and ensures that the work is top quality. The repipe required an inspection. The inspector said “wow” quietly several times while he was walking around. Before he left, he turned to me and said, “this work was REALLY well done”. Can’t beat that and everything has worked like a charm since!
