Best Regular Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

I just wanted to let everyone know at your company that Derek did a great job of fixing our A/C unit. I would encourage others to get the maintenance agreement so that you are covered for any emergencies as they always occur after hours and this gets a tech out to your house right away. Derek got us up and running after a power surge took our 2 year old unit out. He explained what we needed and did an excellent job of getting the job done in a timely manner. I will admit that my past experience with your company was not as good since the tech did not show till the next day, but this service calll has totally changed my mind about your company. I work for a local plumbing company and I know what good customer service is. Your after hours personnel in the office also did a great job and I received timely updates and phone calls on the status of receiving service. I have confidence in this company and would highly recommend them!!!!

Great customer service and more than fair cost. Paul took the time to make sure all was running fine and even made an extra trip to get equipment needed that was not on his truck. Definitely will keep them for future work and recommend them highly!!
