The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Charles answered the phone at 7:30 this morning. I explained I had a leaking faucet and couldn’t shut off the water. He was at my house by 9:00. The problem was bigger than he thought, but he held to his quote. 2.5 hours later no more leak, plus new stainless steel hoses. And he fixed our shower. And cut down two large screws holding in our toilet. Charles is solid. Five stars.

Andy and Jacob fixed a plumbing disaster at my house. There was great communication with them throughout the repair process. I knew what to expect and they answered all my questions. We used Plumbing by Paul's services a couple times last year and they were great. We scheduled them to re-plumb our entire house at the end of Dec. 2020. Not only did they not show up but when we called to find out where they were they said Yes we were on the schedule but the plumber we requested was on vacation all week.
We rescheduled, asked for the new quote to be emailed but never received it. The plumbers did show up as scheduled but thought they were only doing 1 days work and were unclear on the instructions. We had not been sent a new quote but they had a paper copy with edits in pen and it was unclear. We weren't comfortable with having them do work with this marked up quote and asked for the owner to call us.
Fast forward we were rescheduled AGAIN for March 30th. We called them to confirm the day before because they advised the water would be turned off so we had booked a local hotel. We were advised that the quote is no longer valid so they would still be coming out the next day ONLY to do an assessment for a new quote. The quotes states it's valid for 90 days. The quote is from 1.6.21 and March 30th is under 90 days. They said they would get to the bottom of this and call us back. They never called back and did not come to our house on 3.30.21 as scheduled.
I don't know what happened to the Plumbing by Paul company that we used last year, but things have gone down hill at this company.

As usual, McGill fixed my reverse osmosis valve issue with expertise & friendliness!! I've used McGill for many years & they have helped me with lots of plumbing problems none the least of which have been major ones - I heartily recommend them to everyone! I wouldn't ever consider calling anyone else for my plumbing needs

I took over my parents house that is from 1970, so I have had to update EVERYTHING and Trust EB has help me do that with class, reassurance and quality. Today I need them again and Michael and Richard came out and were soooo friendly, worked so hard, went about and beyond (like their owners does because he goes out to houses too) and they were such gentlemen. If you want quality, and not treated like a number, and help you not freak out, lol, then go with TRUST EB PLUMBING. They are amazing, just like Michael and Richard were today!!!!!

I phoned at 10 a.m. on a Friday, and Jordan (the plumber who came out) arrived at 11:20 a.m. In 15 minutes, I arrived inside, identified what was needed, and generated an estimate. Did the work and went above and above to fulfill our needs, in my perspective. There was no greater service I could have asked for. The price was reasonable, and the service was professional. A++

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza
