Harvey was so wonderful. He came out on Saturday 7/9 twice, on Sunday 7/10 & checked on us Monday 7/11 & came Tuesday 7/12 to put in the Fan Motor we needed. Our AC inside was @93 after he put in the new motor about 4-5 hours later our AC was@78. It's been working great since. Harvey is a great asset to Fast Of Florida. I'd give him 10 stars or more. We have the Service Contract to & so glad we do.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

These people are the top notch best AC people around. I'm aware they do other stuff, but AC is the only service I've used them for so far... and here in Florida AC is a must!They came (Shane) the very next day, first thing in the morning and told me what was wrong, what was needed and how much it would cost. The next morning, bright and early Shane was back and tackled the job. He was very polite, very professional, very knowledgeable and very quick considering the difficult job he had to do.I called Midway once before, a year prior and the guy that came out then was also very polite, professional and quick.I can't say enough good about Midway Services. Called them @ 10 PM on a Sunday night with emergency plumbing leak. They were out within the hour, fixed leak, and price was reasonable.
