Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

My original rating was 4 out of 5 stars.It was due to some, insignificant now, mistakes.I was not sure how those will be address at the time hence my 4 stars.My worries were unwarranted. Performance A/C sent wonderful repairman with great personality who fixed everything in no time.They also sent drywall repairman to complete original mishap.So, in conclusion, would i recommend this outfit to anyone?Absolutely YES.Would I hire them again for other work in my condo?Again, absolutely yes..

Our hot water pipe burst under the concrete slab. Knoll moved the schedule around for us and Alex and Chris worked hard and came up with a solution to get us up and running with the old and deteriorated pipes. We now have hot water. What a dream!! We so much appreciate these guys!
