Drains in both bathrooms were clogged which meant that the entire drainage system in the house was affected. Called Advanced Plumbing Services at 5PM on a Friday evening. Trent H was here within 30 Min. I was flushing within 45 mins. Great service, polite, professional and got the job done right in less than 2 hours from the time I called.

First of all when you call you don’t have to go through a dozen voice prompts to talk to a human nor do you have to wait for a lengthy time - if at all -to directly speak with one. They are quick to answer and accommodating in scheduling. The techs show up ON TIME which is unheard of and communicate prior to arrival. While at home, all they care about is taking care of the issues and pleasing the customer. They listen to you, don’t rush you and are super personable. They never try to do work to make a buck for the company - very honest. It has been a very very long time since I have come across any vendor like this. A+

It's so hard to hire anyone today to do work and you never know who or if they will show up. We were in need of a shower faucet repair in our spare bathroom. I looked online for local plumbers, started reading reviews and making calls. To my surprise, when I called R G's the woman on the other end (Marsha) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure they would be able to come out on a Monday, she reassured me that Ralph would be able to come out and fix the issue. Ralph got to my home at 2:20 and an hour later the job was complete AND cleaned up! Definitely worth a call for your plumbing needs!
