Save the call and call another plumber. Don't trust the repair price they quote you. They tried to charge 2 times as much as I was quoted. Their reason was that they sent 2 plumbers a 2nd time because the first plumber got the snake stuck in the pipe. We subsequently found out that the snake made a U turn and came out the pipe on the roof. Most of the snake was exposed with the end digging in the ground. Took trips to clear the clog. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. if you decide to just remember. Some of us told you!!

Your technician was very helpful, thorough and courteous. Took the time to explain everything he did and showed me some tips on maintaining air and heat, also showed me how to use my app on phone.

They're a scam. I should have looked at the yelp reviews instead of google. They came out last week because I had a leaky air handler. Charged me $70 to come out and not fix the problem, suckered me in to there stupid A/C club membership, then said I needed an $800 cleaning for my coils. The club membership thing is my fault, I should have known better then to be suckered into that garbage. Called another A/C company (Sub-Zero), they said the coils looked fine, fixed the problem, showed me how to prevent it, and fix it if it happened again. Stay away from Performance Air.Response to the Response:As for Yelp, you missed the 20+ positive reviews.- actually I didn't. I just checked it again, you have 9 reviews, 8 of them at 1 star. The one five star must have been a relative. Now you have 9 bad reviews because I just gave my opinion. So your comment of 20+ positive reviews on Yelp is a lie.As for yelp, not accredited, 1423 customer complaints, 3 positive review and 304 negative reviews.- I don't even know what this means. Nor do I care about your BBB rating, you're dishonest and apparently I'm not the only one who believes this.

The gentlemen that CW sent to my house were supremely professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time at all. And, they were so neat and clean, you'd be hard pressed to know they were there.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?
I truly believe I have found a home, a place I am PROUD to say I work at and even prouder to say I represent.

The tech, Marvin, that came out to fix my AC was an absolutely amazing. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He found the problem to my AC unit and fixed it all within 30 minutes. There was just a little hiccup with the scheduling department. I had an appt window from 8am-12noon but no one showed. I called around 1pm and they apologized for the lack of communication and that there was a delay due to weather. They said that they would look into another tech to see if one was available. 30 minutes later I got a call from the amazing Marvin and said that he was 30 minutes away and will come to help. And help he did as previously mention. Really considering doing their package plan that they have for members for yearly maintenance 😁

Alex was my tech and he was very timely and informative on my plumbing issues. He was able to fix the toilet in no time and even gave me a few suggestions to help me in the future. I used Home Project Pro to install 2 new bathroom exhaust fans vented thru the roof, run a new outside GFCI electric circuit and receptacle, and to reinstall some eave soffit that fell down. Mike did an excellent job!! He was very responsive in reviewing work scope, providing a detail estimate, and scheduling the work. He was very personable and professional and his work was very high quality. At job completion he provided a detail man hour / material invoice which was slightly less than the original estimate.I’d highly recommend his services to anyone looking for handyman services.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing.
