No matter what the issue du jour, response was swift, and continues to be. Every tech who has been to our home treats us with respect and and takes great care with the task at hand. Management is to be commended for hiring such a great team. It's a relief to know that Performance is dedicated to keeping us happy and cool.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Was out of town and came back to a non working AC. I called and a service Tech was sent out promptly. This company is always professional and efficient. I've been a member for years on their service plan and their low monthly fee has been a great value to my family. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good service and value.

Carlton is the man super nice and extremely smart saved the day with. A leak in the. Back yard. Had to shut off water . After working all day in the. Rain he came. By and had the leaked stoped .. garret better never. Let that man. Leav the company I can tell he is a company man. Before a check. Man.

I had a very positive experience when Richard came to replace a new kitchen faucet because my old one was hard to turn off. Richard let me know exactly what it would cost to replace the faucet before he started to remove it. There was a lot of gunk around the old faucet and he took the time to clean it up before he installed the new one. He also made sure that when he was finished he wiped down the area he was working in. If I could I would give him more stars. In this day and age it is so nice to find an honest Plumber that takes pride in their work.

Antonio Alicea was nothing short of amazing! He came in to our real estate office that was literally raining inside. He called for leak detection, and disaster recovery as he knew that the scope of my water issues were large and needed special attention He worked diligently over the next 5 hours to find the source, stop the water and fix the offending drain! I highly recommend him. A big plus is is was extremely kind and patient with me as I was more than panicked at the onset. Great guy, awesome plumber, super company!

I had an issue where the cartridge for the handle to cut on and off the shower went bad and the water would not cut off at all. I called near midnight and they were already ready to come out and solve the issue. I instead scheduled service for the morning time and they were very punctual. Joe the technician was very friendly and very prompt. They kept a great line of communication and fixed the problem in no time. I would absolutely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for the great customer service and a great job well done
