Best Our Plumbing Services in Saint Petersburg FL

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

I WILL BE REFERRING THEM FROM NOW ON TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!

First customer service is excellent. Second they are very accommodating and getting service quickly. In April the AC was out and I was told I needed a toggle switch that would take time to get in. Installed May 27. I was out of town for summer and paid cc over phone. Neighbor checked week later AC out. This happened 4 times each time something different. Each time neighbor came and called said AC out. Finally they got it right and I was told original toggle install wired incorrectly. Wasn't going to write a review as many good experiences over the years. The kicker was it is now August and got email saying I owe more money for original incorrect installation.

I have been with Performance Air for several years. Their technicians are excellent! Normally they are on time and professional, as Beau was today.But the scheduling part of the business was out of kilter this time. I was told I was at the top of their list for today and given a 8-12 target time for service. No one showed or called to let me know something had gone wrong. Beau contacted me at 12:50pm and showed up at the house about 1:30. I had asked the office at noon what the problem was, but no one got back in touch with me. Very unprofessional!

Hello. I would just like to give a huge shout out to Mike. He was at my apartment with his co-worker roughly the 7th of August. I can not remember the guys name that was out here with mike the first time. But they both were amazing. Made sure I was well taken care of. Well Mike was back for an another issue yesterday with a co-worker Eric and mike worked so hard to make sure my issue was fixed as well as the co-worker who came a little later. Mike definitely takes pride in his job. Both so respectful and honest. They definitely deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

Kevin was the one who quoted and performed the work. Very professional, courteous and smart. He performed a full electric service panel upgrade from Duke energy lines to the panel. Labeled all the new breakers, cleaned up after he was done.

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

Under the other name they operate under, Pinellas Comfort Systems, we got a new installation that replaced all the old components of the system besides ductwork on 3/23/2020. They installed a new drain pan and emergency condensation water level cutoff switch at that time. On 8/30/2022 I discovered my ceiling leaking condensate water, destroying ceiling and wall drywall, because the emergency level switch failed to function. Their technician came the next day and said the cutoff switch was not installed properly and that he fixed the switch at that time. On 8/17/2023 I discovered my ceiling once again leaking condensate water because the emergency cutoff switch once again failed to work, again destroying ceiling and wall drywall. To have spent over $11,000 with this company, and having this happen TWICE now...I cannot put into words how frustrated I am at this moment in time. A tech from their Performance Air Conditioning brand came the next day on 8/18/2023, and the company refused to take responsibility for their negligent installation and wanted over $500 to fix the issue they should have corrected at no charge to us.
