Best Main Drain in Saint Petersburg FL

I called I Find Leaks on the advice of our plumber after they could not detect the leak in plumbing under the slab of the house. Called to schedule an appt the day before Thanksgiving and to our surprise they had an opening the day after Thanksgiving. Jeremy was able to arrive earlier than our scheduled window of time. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and able to detect the source of the leak. He was very helpful while we asked questions about our options. I would definitely recommend I Find Leaks to friends, family and neighbors.

Great service from start to finish!!! No pressure sales. Gave me Two options for my AC unit... fix it or replace. Decided to replace the system since it was 11 years old already and the cost of fixing did not make sense. Jeremy and Chris C. came out to put the new one in. They did an awesome job and made sure to explain how everything worked. We had an issue with the drain line that was very hard to solve. They would not leave until the issue was fixed! Would highly recommend this company!

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

I understood there was a $30 service fee which was okay. I told them over the phone I had slow drainage in my tub but they would not give me an estimate over the phone. The technician came out turned on the tub and saw it was slow. Then said it would be $286 to fix it. We have had this done before and it was about $100. This place is way too over priced. I paid the tech $30 to turn on the water and tell me an outrageous price and leave. More transparency would have been helpful with making an informed decision.

I called midway services and was told by Dave that there people were better than many others. I gave him a check for half down 2900 to redo both bathrooms and to do drywall work on living room and daughters room. They came out and ripped the toilets out. I was told it I would be without toilets for 2 days. I had a hotel room reserved for 5 days which was the total time I was guaranteed the project would take. The tiler came in to tile which took 2 days. I have a real small bathroom?? Next the plumber was supposed to be there at 8 a.m shows up at 2p.m.??? He is there an hour and says he needs a part that he does not have. I ask him if he is going to get it and he says he has to go he is having work done on his house and he has to avoid traffic??? Next day the tiler comes and says he is doing plumbing. He said he knows nothing about plumbing. He calls Dave who was trying to explain this over the phone??? He could not figure it out and he left. The drywallers who where there did not have all there drywall dropped off as they said Dave was supposed to do it. No baseboards for a week and the drywallers were gone already. My bathroom has no baseboards still 9 months later. The last plumber told Dave on the phone I think they might sue us for breach of contract. Tried to call Dave for days and went to voicemail. One of his guys called and he picked it up right away?? Worst company ever!!!!! I am down 2900 dollars and my bathrooms are not finished. On day 18 Dave shows up for the last half of the project and I said it’s not even halfway done. He acted surprised and I told him to get out. I would expect a refund for my 2900 dollars!!!!! If this company were smart they would fire Dave. I was guaranteed 7 days of work and 18 days later not even close. If this is not resolved soon I will go to the BBB the attorney general Pam Bondi and social media as well as new stations who can help with this. I have been real sick ever since the work was done here. I spent 700 additional dollars for a hotel to house my kids,grandkids, and pets. My wife was out of town for two weeks and just cried. Owner of midway I as well as others are waiting for your response immediately on this website. Supposed to be a family business so be one and take care of your customer

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.
