I had a constant drip on my shower head and called Clog Kings. I got an immediate response from the receptionist who told me that the technician would call me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, the technician called and a visit was scheduled within the hour. Marty and Kyle showed up on time, checked the problem, and found that there was no such problem, just water residue causing the shower head to drip. They would not accept payment, because they felt they didn't do any work.I was pleasantly surprised and thanked them for their transparency, because somebody else would have charged for the visit. I had used their services about 3 years ago, but from now on, they will be the plumbers I will call when in need.Thank you, Marty and Kyle.

This review cannot accurately rate Mr. Rooter's Service Technician, Adam Schmidt. Adam deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Adam explained everything in detail of our plumbing damage so we could easily understand the extent of the repair. He is extremely thorough to the point of perfection. My recommendation is to request Adam for any plumbing job needed that Mr. Rooter offers.
