Very unhappy with this company. The plumber came out and told me that it would cost $450 to unclog toilet. I agreed reluctantly as I thought it was very high but, I agreed. The plumber (Tom) said he was going on the roof to go through the vent pipe to clear obstruction. That didn't work so he told me that it would be another $280.00 to remove the toilet to clear the obstruction. I was upset about this but again my bad, I agreed. He did clear whatever was obstructing the drainpipe. it cost me $728.00 to clear the obstruction which I personally think is outrageous.
Received phone call from Zack at Tampa Bay Plumbing and he apologized and told me that the plumber made a mistake, and I should not have been charged the extra $280. which is being refunded to me. I think this demonstrates that they are a class act, and I will probably use their services again.

If you're looking for an honest plumber with integrity............keep looking, it ain't these guys. They quoted me $359 to install a water heater I had purchased at Home Depot. I asked if they could pick it up on their way here(5.4 miles). They said sure, no problem. Arriving at my house he (his name was Matt) told me there was a $115 delivery fee. Hmmmm, no mention of that when the price was quoted or when I asked if they could pick it up. A short time later he told me he couldn't install it because of the wiring (same wiring that has been o.k. for the 32 years and 3 previous water heaters). I said o.k., I'll find someone else to install it. Then he said I would have to pay $225 for him to re-connect the water to the house. When I threatened to call my lawyer he re-connected it. It was a matter of turning two faucets (one at the water meter,one on top of the water heater) and took less than 5 minutes. A sleazy attempt to get some of my money before leaving. Another plumber came out the next day and installed the water heater without any problem and charged me half of what these scam artists wanted. Advanced Plumbing is exactly the kind of place you want to stay away from. Don't let these guys in your house!

Very pleased with a last minute Saturday morning appointment to fix a plumbing issue with frozen washer supply valves. Andrew was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Plus he diagnosed the problem and replaced the supply valves quickly! Such a pleasant experience!

Tyler was a rockstar! Very very professional and informative. He had a very difficult task of replacing a valve in the tank of our toilet , it was a very tight space for him to navigate but he did not give up and was able to complete the job. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing services!

I was referred to R & R plumbing from a friend and they have done alot of commercial work at my job Hurricane Eddie's in Gulfport. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend this family owned business as to they care in their line of work.

Nick came out because I had a clogged sink where my garbage disposal was working but the sink was not draining. Heather called me right before he was coming and she was really nice. They don't charge extra and are on it. I had called another plumber before them and still haven't heard from them. When Nick got here he checked and the clog was cleared so there was no work to do. He said see you - in other words no charge. I will call them again when I need plumbing work.

After years and years working with them I guess I need to find someone who does set a competitive rate for their job and not try to get rid of old loyal customers. To charge for a bathroom facet replacement over $1100 I guess it is worth to do so.
Cleanup after finishing was questionable as well..

Chris and Apollo plumbing were very fair priced and prompt with response. I had reached out to a few companies and couldn’t even get a response back from some. Apollo showed up on time on the day they said they would and repaired the leak quickly. Moreover, they did not over charge me as a larger plumbing company had previously.
