Paradise Plumbing came out to give us an estimate of various things we needed done in our home. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company because they are very up to date with the latest plumbing systems, etc.

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

Had booked and paid for their “their estimate only to them to tried to reschedule three different times and then all the sudden the “quote” was not valid anymore because it was out of the reach of the three months Feel like we’re getting the runaround they have been very unprofessional upon timing dates scheduling everything

Technician was very clean and respective of my property and delivered very courteous service. Great about explaining my problems and the most economical options to solve it. I would use them again.

I had a small hole in a copper hot water line located under the floor. I called and they immediately came out, very nice and helpful on the phone. They were very prompt and quick in getting here even though it was after hours. I already had the leak located, toilet off and accessible. The plumber did have to chip away some more concrete, it is a tight space. I was able to repair pipes in that same area a few moths ago, the plumber informed me that they would have to jack hammer a large area of the floor to repair the pipe correctly. Obviously I did not want this on overtime pay ,nor did I agree. He then proceeded to temporarily fix the tiny leak with rubber and a clamp. It still leaked slightly. So, I just paid $300 for a .50 cent part and still not fixed. Absolutely insane! A piece of rubber and a clamp for $300! Rip off!

These plumbers are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with! So thankful my daughter and son-in-law told me to call them!! They also take care of my mom's plumbing needs and when they were at my home today, they asked about her!! They are so professional and have never upsold us. Quotes are honored. I have lived here for 36 years and wish I had the pleasure of having them since the beginning! It all starts with a phone call to Noel in the office who also is great to deal with and then Chris and Johnny show up and and make my day! Best plumbers EVER!

I used ABC to assist in getting my water heater up to code and re-routing the drain to my dish washer, which was very expensive, around $800. But since they did a good job I just accepted the price because I needed it done.However, I scheduled an appointment for HVAC to finish my duct work and get a coil cleaning. I was just told they'd show up, no time frame. After being told they'd be here in 30-45 minutes, when I got the same phone call about 40 minutes ago, and it was already 6pm, I decided if I was gonna pay hefty prices for the work, I deserved better, and cancelled the appointment when they were supposedly on their way for the third time.If you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money, they can at least show up in a timely manner.

Joe is very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. I also appreciate that his pricing is fair and he is very knowledgeable about plumbing. He came to the spa I manage for some repairs and we were all very pleased with his services. We will continue to use Joe for anything that comes up in the future.
