Jeremy was professional, on time on short notice, and wore a mask due to the pandemic. He was able to quickly locate a leak in our block wall. He provided us with an option to cut the block wall and provide a temporary repair until we could have a plumber make the necessary repairs. We opted for the temporary repair. He was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend I Find Leaks for leak detection. Knowledgeable and quick to respond.

They quickly found the leak behind the drywall while doing the absolute minimum of demolition. They showed me the problem and explained how it happened. The repair was then accomplished quickly. Knotts Plumbing replaced a toilet for me. Would definitely use them again for plumbing services and would recommend to a friend.

Service was prompt and professional by Robert. However, be sure to get an estimate in advance. We used Batton last year to replace a leaking hot water heater. Again, quick, professional and reasonably priced. However, we did not get estimate this time. Billed $349 to replace two water shut-off valves for washing machine. Parts should not have cost more than $20 and <1 hr labor (on return visit because did not have part first visit). Word to the wise.

I called APEX plumbing they were actually the fifth plumbing company I called and I talk to Andrea she was great very good at communicating and told me exactly when the service technician would be out there. I had Mike come out he was actually in the military the Marines so we bonded pretty well and he was very knowledgeable with me on how the whole process worked because there is been constant Plumbing issues in his house. Just a easy process good people to hire and I’m just happy with the work that’s been done.
