I own a rental property in St Pete, FL and I contacted this company back in April 2018 because the kitchen faucet was leaking. They said they would go out and check it, but I never received any calls from them to follow up. Shortly afterwards, I got an invoice in the mail for $573!!!

I called my tenant to see if he knew what was going on and he informed me that Advanced Plumbing came out and installed a new faucet without my authorization. Not only that, but they didn't even install it properly because it wouldn't fully swing over the sink!!

I contacted the company to let them know that they screwed up my kitchen faucet and that I needed an explanation for the absurd invoice I received. I later got a call from Rick (CFO) who explained to me that the technician, took it upon himself to buy a $250 faucet from Home Depot and install it in my rental property! The technician also charged me for the time he spent shopping at Home Depot and grabbing his lunch....then he doubled that amount to charge me for his helper.
During that conversation, Rick apologized for all the discrepancies, said he would get the labor charges fixed and that he just needed to find out the situation with the faucet before he could resolve my invoice discrepancies.

Here we are 4 months later and they just finally got out to fix the faucet (only found out because my tenant told me), but still no word about the invoice. I've emailed Rick and their invoicing office every few weeks for the past several months and they have made zero effort to resolve this issue. The only correspondence I've gotten from them lately is an email telling me that I am 90+ days late paying the invoice!...are you serious??!!!!

All I can say is, this better not go to collections and damage my credit report as a result of their incompetence!

Water was noticed on the floor at my moms house . Located where it was coming from but could not locate exactly. Contacted Pauls and someone was out ASAP- Recommended a leak detecor who arrived a fews later from another job he finished and called Pauls to return. Geronamo and Steve arrived and got to work. Probably took all of 45 minutes and cleaned up so well you didnt know they were there. Water was restored. Amazing how fast the job got done. THANK YOU!

I called Mid county plumbing out to replace my water heater and they got out to my house within 2 hours of me calling, gave me a great price, and replace my water heater in under 3 hours. I can’t believe how fast and clean they were for such a great price! The plumbers were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me understand how my plumbing works! I have definitely found my plumbing company from now on.

We called Billy The Sunshine Plumber yesterday morning. We had a busted outside pipe.and had to completely turn off the water. Patty answered the phone and was able to get a technician to come out that afternoon. Shawn was the technician and we couldn't have been more pleased with his gentle manner, professionalism, and skill! He has a great smile too!
