John and Sonny did a great job. First they found the problem and then they jetted all of the pipes totally clean. I am very satisfied. And they were fun to work with. Really nice men who were quiet and respectful of me as the homeowner who works from home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat (of course, I hope I never need them ever again!).

I called several plumbers in the area to get a quote for the work I needed.
On my list was Tampa Bay Plumbing. They sent Dustin on 9Nov-Friday.
I explained what needed to be repaired. I was given a fair and reasonable estimate for the work. I approved the work order, and was scheduled for work on 12Nov-Mon.

Dustin arrived on time, and went to work. After the work was completed he checked everything to make sure it worked properly, then cleaned the work area. From the time he arrived until he was out the door, was about an hour. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently Dustin worked.

Also, I want to say Thank You to Frank in the front office for his help.

Probably the best plumbers I have ever used. I just moved into my new house and right away the water heater was not working. It was not something I thought about checking when inspecting the property. They installed a new water heater that was bigger than the old one. Installation price was pretty reasonable too.

Andrew saved us! He walked into the middle of a bathroom remodel disaster, and calmly and professionally fixed and completed the work the previous plumber was unable to deal with. He is the only plumber we will be using, the best, period.

Allen's Plumbing, Inc. dispatched Steve to repair a leak on an outdoor galvanized water main with dresser couplings in the front of my house and replaced two hose bibs in the back yard. Not only was Steve very professional and very quick in his work, he is also a great person that you would want to call as a friend in the way he treated me. Allen's Plumbing, Inc. is not at the top of my list for plumbers... Allen's Plumbing, Inc. is the ONLY plumbing company on my list from this day forward. The price was very reasonable for the work performed and I very happy with the work performed.

I cannot begin to explain the lack of professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the professionals, or lack there of at Apollo Plumbing. I will need to spend thousands of dollars to repair the work they did, and after calling them to see if they would help with fixing the repairs, they said it was outside the warranty. It’s unfortunate because it was never done correctly in the first place… Do yourself a favor and do it yourself because Helen Keller could do a better job than these jokers.

This entire situation is beyond frustrating. There was no name calling other than a derogatory four letter word when your employee cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain to him that I dug up and exposed the new drain line and then placed a level on it, only to find out that the plumbing was pitched the complete opposite way.
I understand mistakes happen, but the most irritating part of the this whole situation is the lack of accountability and professionalism. An issue of this magnitude did not warrant a text message from one of the owner’s employees stating that the owner would not be contacting me.
Lastly, the fiasco that I dealt with when this job was initially completed consisted of five days to complete the project (when it only warranted 2-3, at most), and the owner blaming me for the job being under bid, which offset all of the issues and incompetence of this employees.
Apollo was given the opportunity to rectify the situation, but chose not to.

I used this company for the first time when we were having a problem with a lack of hot water in one of our showers. I was ready to give up on the company after an initial hiccup that caused my appointment to be canceled. But the next business day at 8 a.m., I got a call from Richard, who wanted to make things right. Richard scheduled me first, and less than an hour later, he arrived to sort out our problem.

I was totally impressed. Richard is highly knowledgeable and professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Richard also gave me good advice regarding several other plumbing-related issues we were having. Thanks for the great service!
