Sonny is the man! He arrived on time and quickly found the location of the leak. He hung around till we exposed it so we could lay eyes on it and be sure we were at the right location. Highly reccomended.

Best plumber in St. Pete! We are so glad that we found them. Very fast, extremely nice, reasonable prices. First time we could not close a valve, they managed to close it and did it for free! Second time we had a vanity connected and a toilet flange replaced. We are real customers, this is not a fake review. Never call back. I called 5 times not recommended

When I discovered I had to completely move my sewer pipes in my backyard to accommodate my new pool install, I contacted Plumbing by Paul to assist. They took care of everything, including obtaining the permit and scheduling the final inspection. They showed up on time when they were scheduled to do so, and finished the job that day. They also did it for significantly less than the quote I received from a different plumbing company. Plumbing by Paul will take care of your needs, highly recommend them.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Had kind of an emergency situation with a running toilet and so i called like 10 different plumbers and since it was a Sunday this was one out of ten that actually answered. So i gave the lady on the phone all of my information and she was really nice and said that she would have one of their plumbers give me a call right away, but i never got a call back from them.

We had an emergency over the weekend— toilet cracked in half— and we had toilet contents leaking everywhere! We called Billy Sunshine Plumber: James came out fairly promptly and addressed the problem: removed broken toilet and installed the new one he had picked up before coming over,
He was extremely professional, quick and courteous. I will call them for any future plumbing needs.
