Best Gas Line Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

I have a rather large leak of under the slab which was pin pointed today by Ifindleaks. I found Sonny to be very professional and hard working. He took the time to explain the process to me and then proceeded to find the source of the leak. He removed a small portion of the slab and was able to actually locate the pipe that was leaking.Thanks Ifindleaks and Sonny for a job well done!!

Louis was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and told me the best way to maintain it. Being in the construction industry, this was very important to me. Louis has made Premium my plumbers of choice from here on out.

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

I WILL BE REFERRING THEM FROM NOW ON TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!

I don’t have negative option on rating panel neither give -5 star for this, called and schedule appointment for 3 times and no one show up and no one able to pickup the call or return the call back from voicemail, so in service industry this is they perform so I don’t know how they provide solution and after repair what will be the answer !!!!!!! Sorry for this but I would not refer this company for any plumbing work.

Plumbing by Paul is amazing. I needed some advice and help and he went above and beyond to help me and did not ask for anything from me. I will only use his company! True professional!!

I was referred to R & R plumbing from a friend and they have done alot of commercial work at my job Hurricane Eddie's in Gulfport. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend this family owned business as to they care in their line of work.

There is everything wrong with this company. I needed them to go out to a commercial job site and they had my number in their system wrong so they could not call me to verify what was needing to be looked at to get an estimate even though I told Heather exactly what I needed done that day. I called the next day and asked them what happened and to go back out to the location to give me an estimate. Heather then claimed I was sending them on a “wild goose chase” when they are the ones who messed up this call for an estimate. I was then told I would need to put a credit card on file for the estimate now which I was told was free. This is for a large commercial grocery store and needed to be taken care of immediately. I have a lot of plumbing needs and Mr. Rooter will not be the company I will be using for my commercial properties. I have found a real plumbing company that will take care of my commercial properties.

Josh and Chris came in quickly to estimate and then to do the work when I was up against an extremely tight deadline. Appreciated their good work, good humor and attention to detail. It was clear they wanted to help....and they did! Super nice guys that can be trusted to do the right thing..even if no one is watching.

Eliud came to my house to install a new toilet. He did a great job. Very nice and polite.

SCAM .....ATTENTION this plumbing company had filed 22 lien again customers that they didn't do or did half job for due to their Scam owner Allen knows the legal system to ripped you up and filed a liagain your property I hired this plumbing company to do some work in my business they installed half job water heater that I provide to them and they didn't finish the whole job that was to installed a 3 compartment sink a restroom sink,water heater and a grease trap they didn't pull permits with the city they only put a few pluming for the water heater and I give them my grease trap to installed they left the grease trap outside the building and my brand new grease trap was stolen when I came back the next day was gone I told them that they were responsible for the grease trap and they told me that they were not responsible for it and that I need it to purchase a new one I told them that I will not continue the job with them that they can stop the job next I hear a call from the owner Allen that I need it to pay for what was already done I told him what do you think you did and he told me that he estimated my cost to $1300 I told him you didn't performance $1,300 worth of work he told me if I didn't pay him that he will put lien again the building few months later I receive an invoice with the amount he charge fabricated with a fake signature I told him that wasn't my signature anyways this people end up putting a lien again the owner of the building causing my landlord to pay for the lien and now he passing the cost to me for something they didn't finish I filed a complaint with the department of business and regulation and with the department of construction association I will also take them to court they had 22 liens and many other complain agains them please don't do business with this people they will ripped you off and they will fabricate invoices and you will end up with a lien agains your property research them

Was prepared to join chorus of good reviews after our first call to them for a tenant's clogged drain (based on the tech they sent), but the drain flooded out again within the same week causing a bunch of damage. I brought in a 3rd party sewer cam to assess situation before asking for consideration on the fees for Sunshine coming out a second time (and the related damage cause.) 3rd party said everything in sewer looked STELLAR, and that Sunshine obviously didn't fully clear the clog the first time. (What they did do is leave the personal products that caused the clog in a pile in the yard.) Anyway, called the owner and he said he'd call me back after checking this out (after he defensively insisted it just had to be a new clog within the same week.) Did not hear back after a few days, so I called again. Crickets. Told the company we have a half dozen new properties we are managing too. They apparently don't care about new business and/or standing behind the work they do.
