The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Brayne had several suggestions for future maintenance. He explained each and show me the cost.He never pressures me to buy.I know he does a thorough and complete job.In today's world it is rare to trust a worker that comes out to do any kind of job at your home. The game today is always to take advantage of the customer make them by what they don't need. Brayne is not like that.

We had a plumbing issue where the roots seemed to be intruding into the main pipe and it caused the plumbing to back up. I called Charles and he came within a few hours and went right to work. He was honest, didn’t overcharge and was very responsive. I’ll be calling him again if we need a plumber.

Michael is the best plummer I've dealt with in the 15 years I've been in St Pete. He's honest, very dependable and knows what he is doing. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.
