Best Garbage Disposal Installation And Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

I had to replace my tankless water heater back in early June, and the company apparently can't add as whole because the tech charged me a $100 more than what the total was for parts and labor. I've called a couple of times DURING business hours and talked to different people every time, gave them my info and it STILL has not been fixed... This is beyond frustrating.. Here it is September, and I have yet to get that refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN...

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Romo's Plumbing was great to work with. I had a difficult problem to fix, but they figured it out and fixed it without charging me a fortune. They were honest and did not try to push me to something more expensive. I will definitely work with them next time I have a plumbing problem.

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.
