We have used Slaughter Plumbing numerous times and have been very pleased. They are professional, great customer service, and do quality work.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

The salesman Troy told us a few different things that were actually done. We paid a premium price but I did not feel we received premium value. Troy told us some ducting would be changed that did not happen and that we could put a new controller on our other unit which was not the case. Another new controller was put on our 3rd hvac which did not work correctly from the beginning.Jeremy and his assistant installed our new hvac and was very friendly and professional.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. I appreciated Heavenly Plumbings high quality work at simple price that didn’t change from his estimate. Thanks Ivan!

Charles came for an emergency call on a Sunday, to repair a leak underneath a concrete slab. He was very professional, showed up when he said he would, and completed the job in a timely manner. I will be contacting Plumbgreat for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

I have had Shawn and Marvin for electrical. They both were very thorough and professional. I have also had Chris out to our house for our AC, he was also very thorough and professional.I would highly recommend Performance to any home owner and I will definitely be using them more in the future.
