Sonny from I Fond Leaks was able to get me an appointment quickly, he was even able to come a little early that day and found my leak quickly so the plumbers could start working on getting it fixed right away. Sonny was very nice and professional and I will be recommending him to the water restoration company my husband works for.

Woke up to hissing noise and water leaking everywhere. Left a message after hours and they responded 2 minutes after they opened at 8am. Came within the allotted window, then told me what we needed. We went and got what we needed from Lowe’s and they came back the same day and everything is now fixed. We’re super nice on the phone and in person. This was my first need for a plumber as a homeowner and now they’re who I will be calling for the duration that I own this home.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Brian, our service technician definitely deserves a free lunch on the company! Perform 3 hours worth of service on our rooftop HVAC unit. Kept ups informed throughout the process of what was going on. Very professional! Would like to have him back with future service calls.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Charles responded to my message right away when our water heater stopped working. He texted ahead to let me know when he'd be stopping by and came right on time. Charles was friendly and very kind to my two little boys who were curious about his work. It ended up being a simple fix, and he didn't even charge me! I am so appreciative to have hot water and to have found a good plumber. I will definitely be calling Plumbgreat again!

I called Michael for a leaking pipe, and then I had him look at 2 other areas as well. The leaky pipe he resolved quickly and neatly, and he gave me advice on the other 2 questions I had. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. On July 4th The team arrived early to hydojet my sewer lines (surprised and pleased). I was concerned about my 52 year galvanized pipes taking the cleaning. I was given the worst case scenario and assured they would do their best to make sure that didn't happen. 3.5 hours later pipes clean no major issues great team and would definitely recommend.

My home water softener replacement was to be a cinch. I planned it out to the final item....leaks occurring when exchanging the supply lines. I started my project early in the morning knowing I could reach a plumber to bail me out. Sure enough, the copper union from 23 years ago started to leak. I got on the phone and found P C Plumbers, Inc who came out in 2 hours. He was a third generation plumber, his name is Jacob.
A great lad, very meticulous and efficient. So glad he took care of my repair. So thankful.
