I have had rats in the house even after I had the house sealed--Technician Tyler came with his smoke machine and used it to detect leaks in the sewer system under the house. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained the procedure and results to me. Thanks to this service, I know what to do next.

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

Chris aka ‘Bull’ was professional, courteous, and worked hard to get my AC working at optimum! He said the system was installed really well, but did find the reusable filter is 1inch too narrow. This meant the coil was getting really dirty, really quickly! He has ordered the correct size filter. I was so impressed...I signed up performance’s monthly household service.

I can't recommend Romo's plumbing enough. We have called Romo on a few occasions since we moved to Clearwater about 2.5 years ago, and his service has always been professional, friendly, and prompt. We recently had to replace our hot water heater and he worked the schedule around to get us in ASAP (thank you, Angie!). The crew he sent out were friendly and respectful of my home and my time. I love that they show you/teach you some plumbing basics throughout their services so you can troubleshoot minor things along the way as well. Stan and his crew recently replaced our 11 year old water heater - not only did Stan provide good, accurate, not trying to oversell you advice, CW uses a high quality brand of residential water heater and can provide an extended warranty and annual service plan. His office staff is smart, friendly and very responsive both by phone and text. The two installers were professional, careful and very helpful in answering questions - Stan also stopped by to check on the installation. Cannot say enough good things about CW Plumbing and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

On July 4th The team arrived early to hydojet my sewer lines (surprised and pleased). I was concerned about my 52 year galvanized pipes taking the cleaning. I was given the worst case scenario and assured they would do their best to make sure that didn't happen. 3.5 hours later pipes clean no major issues great team and would definitely recommend.

Jose repaired one toilet, installed a new toilet, installed a new garbage disposal and fixed a leak in the sink drain. Most of this was completed on the same day.Jose was prompt, knowledgeable and explained the needed repairs clearly with excellent customer service. He is an asset to Midway and I won’t hesitate to call them again or recommend to others. Pricing was fair and slightly lower then other plumbing companies that quoted the same services.
