John arrived very soon after my call. His knowledge and skills are top-notch. He was able to detect the leak beneath my garage floor within 10 minutes. He even offered me a diet coke fom his personal cooler. I highly recommend using his company - 5 stars for sure!!!

Mid Sep got a call from my wife saying toilet would not flush and brown water was filling up my tub. Called a Plumber based of price. That was my first problem. Guy showed up snaked toilet said good to go. Charged me. Day later same issue, call plumber snakes toilet charges me AGAIN. 2 days later same problem.....UNREAL. Called Advance Plumbing. Plumber named Dale came out to look at issue. Within 10 min he had problem solved. Roots. Went on roof snaked properly no issues. Then put chemical in all of my 3 toilets. Been a month, no issue. So what have i learned? I paid a cheap plumber 2 times and paid Advance 1 time to get it done right. YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR. Thank u again Dale and Thank u to Advance

The gentleman that came to the house I wish I remembered his name was professional and new his job very well. He came in checked the issue and figured out the problem fixed it I thought it was more of a problem than it was saved me money and and was gone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. I want to say, thank you, Slaughter Plumbing.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

My time for a review of my plumbing throughout the house. Also gave evaluation of what was determine to improve the home such as Soft water issues. Possibly a new water heater due to age (19 years old). It is definitely something I will consider in the future.

Work done was great, Nice man came and replaced cartridge in shower/bath. Nice job cleaned up, 1hour work and $40.00 cartridge came to $508.00. looked online and got few estimate charges would be about $225 if I shopped around, $303.00 for same day service. I could of saved a bit of money if I shopped around.

The service tech, (Paul Cuthbert) was personable and very professional. He was knowledgeable & thorough. I would request him again.
