I like to DIY. My toilet had a leak. I bought new parts and set out to fix the leak. I got to the last nut and bolt which would have allowed me to replace the necessary parts. The nut and bolt were so corroded that nothing I tried would separate the two. I gave up and called Slaughter Plumbing. Jeff came to my house the same day. He couldn't separate them either (that made me feel better about my skills.) He pulled out a hack saw and cut them apart without scratching my toilet. Then he installed my new parts within minutes. Slaughter Plumbing hired Jeff. Jeff rescued me and did not make me feel bad about my not being able to handle that bolt myself. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I was told that the technician would call 45 minutes before arriving… I got a text at 7:32 saying the technician was on the way and technician didn’t arrive until 2 hours later… I was supposed to just get hvac maintenance for a ac unit that was working properly! Now I’m left with no ac because they want to tell me some wires on the outside are broke and I have to pay over $400 to fix it!!!!!! Everything was working fine before they came!!! I just had a electrical panel replaced and all of that was looked at and was fine then! They also didn’t check my ducts for anything as they say is part of their maintenance. I would not recommend calling this company they over charge and will break your equipment!

They fixed what FOUR plumbers gave up on. I've never had a serviceman give up before, but apparently I have tricky pipes and the previous ones couldn't navigate them even with a camera. CW sent a magician who did it without a camera and never gave up until the problem was resolved.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

We have used Everydayplumber before and knew they were very helpful, Just recently, we had an emergency late on a Tuesday evening: the dreaded overflowing toilet. Everydayplumber was there for us. When we called and described our problem, they sent someone out within the hour! Maybe we were fortunate that they had someone on call and standing by fairly close to our home, but we were grateful to have our plumbing emergency fixed that night. Jarritt was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He suggested that we follow up with a scheduled appointment to evaluate our sewer line since this has become a recurring problem.

Some other reviewers have noted the price as too high. Everydayplumber is definitely not cheap. If we had the time, and it was a major job, we would have had several companies provide estimates for the job. We feel that we get what we pay for, and when it comes to plumbing, it is a skill set which we just don't have. But when we needed help, they were there. It costs money to pay people to stand by for emergencies. In our case, it was worth every penny.

I don't often write reviews but my experience was so upsetting I feel I should warn the unwary. First experience was great (Richard). Tried to follow up with him to do a few more things. Scheduled him specifically yesterday (week and a half wait but I wanted the same person, Richard, to do the work and they said that was his first availability). Was called yesterday saying he could come early and I let the receptionist guy know to call my husband since he may be home already and would be happy to see him earlier if that works better. Texted husband to let him know to expect the call, he was home and ready.

No call. No show even at the appointed time. 1.5hours after the appointment I'm off work so I call the receptionist again and he says, derr, still want someone to come out? and I say of course! Wasn't Richard scheduled at 2? Even if he didn't come early why didn't he come on time? He's been there before? Did someone call my husband? Didn't we just discuss this earlier??

Him: Uh, derrr, I can get someone out now. Me: Isn't it too late? Its almost 2 hours past the appointment time, is Richard even in the area? Him: Guhhh, I can send someone now. Me: Wait, who? Who are you sending? Him: ...Marcus? Me:No, nevermind. Good bye.

Straight up lied to me, I'd made it very clear who I was wanting to schedule and the run around and deceit is inexcusable. If something happened, an emergency, then play it straight and we can work with it. This was just him lieing and pawing me off because someone dropped the ball at some point or a good worker was moved around and I was left to deal with it.

Richard, if you read this, you should find a better company to work for. Seriously, you often end up cast in the same light as those you associate with and I would never call Cass Plumbing again.
