Probably the best plumbers I have ever used. I just moved into my new house and right away the water heater was not working. It was not something I thought about checking when inspecting the property. They installed a new water heater that was bigger than the old one. Installation price was pretty reasonable too.

I called them to fix my running toilet, only that the toilet was still running. I called them back and they wanted to charge me again for something they failed to fix the first time. They want to charge me $450 because today is Saturday and $350 if I could wait until next week. JUST TO FIX A RUNNING TOILET!
BEWARE they have an answering service, so you do not get neither a person that can help you right away nor someone that can give you an appoitment time. I basically paid $115 for a new handle...THAT IS ROBBERY!! NOT ONLY THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT ALSO DEAD BEAT PLUMBERS.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. Roberto worked on our air conditioning. He spent extra time solving multiple problems with our drainage system. He took the time to explain and show us additional products to keep the line clear. He should be given a raise for his thoroughness and patience. Outstanding service technician.

Technician Lonny was outstanding, professional and friendly. Lonny did an excellent job of exposing the problem, what steps were necessary to fix the problem and detailing what I could do to help take care of our AC unit between maintenance service calls.I would highly recommend Performance and Lonny.

Romo was very polite, professional, and reasonably priced along with having the knowledge to do the job right. His guys were polite and professional as well. They respected our job site and were very helpful in answering our questions. Zach and his Co worker worked late in order to finish our job in the time promised. Stan and his crew recently replaced our 11 year old water heater - not only did Stan provide good, accurate, not trying to oversell you advice, CW uses a high quality brand of residential water heater and can provide an extended warranty and annual service plan. His office staff is smart, friendly and very responsive both by phone and text. The two installers were professional, careful and very helpful in answering questions - Stan also stopped by to check on the installation. Cannot say enough good things about CW Plumbing and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.
