I have a rather large leak of under the slab which was pin pointed today by Ifindleaks. I found Sonny to be very professional and hard working. He took the time to explain the process to me and then proceeded to find the source of the leak. He removed a small portion of the slab and was able to actually locate the pipe that was leaking.Thanks Ifindleaks and Sonny for a job well done!!

I had a pipe in the wall of my bathroom start to leak and water was coming through the board at the bottom of my wall. I am not savvy at all when it comes to stuff but they told me how to shut off the water to the sink in a way even I could understand. They came out and fixed the pipe and I am thankful. If it were not for them I would have inches of water in my bathroom.

I tried to use this business but it seems they do not need anymore customers. I initially called on the morning of May 6th about a repair on my water softener and new filters on my reverse osmosis system. I was happy the someone(my mom cannot remember his name) had come to my house and bypassed the water softener. He told my mother that there was no charge today and he would order the parts and bill me then. I hadn't heard anything so i called on May 17th and reached Cheryl who let me know there was no order for my property and would get back to me. That did not happen. I called on May 18th and spoke with Sharon who told me she could not find the order for my property either. She then stated that the guy that works on water softeners will be back in tomorrow(May 19th). She told me she would look into it and call me that afternoon. Needless to say i have heard nothing! I have now hired a different local plumber!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I needed the faucets installed for my vanity and tub in a newly renovated and painted bathroom. Norman informed me he would have to cut the backside of the wall to get to the plumbing for the tub. I had a mini heart attack since it was just freshly textured and painted. He said he would do his best to cut the smallest piece possible and keep it in one piece so I could salvage that part of the wall (the textured part). Well he did just that. Very meticulous! The job was done perfect and I’m so thankful he was the one who came out since he was knowledgeable and very detailed. In addition to the excellent job that was done, they were able to come the same day I called and accommodate the timeframe I needed.

They fixed what FOUR plumbers gave up on. I've never had a serviceman give up before, but apparently I have tricky pipes and the previous ones couldn't navigate them even with a camera. CW sent a magician who did it without a camera and never gave up until the problem was resolved.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. I work for a company that uses Everyday Plumber all the time for various offices we have in the Tampa area. We are always satisfied with the service provided. We had a plumbing situation at our corporate office last week that when I called late on a Friday was told that they would try and get out that day. I was called back and told that all plumbers were busy running calls and could we wait until Monday. This was not an problem as everyone but a few had gone home, however I was called back and told that they had a plumber that could head our way and be here in a few minutes. That impressed me. Devon came out today after we called about a loud noise from our outside unit. He was very thorough and did a great job of cleaning the inside of the unit that had debris in it. He was very conscientious in troubleshooting and checking the circuitry to find what was causing the noise. We were glad to have a technician with his expertise to check our system!
