They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.

We contacted Bourgoing Plumbing frantically inquiring about getting a brand new washing machine hook-up (cold water, hot water & drain) after quickly discovering that our brand new HE washing machine just wasn’t going to work with the current hook-ups in our old St. Pete home. Tomily got us on the schedule ASAP and Joseph came out and took a look at everything within 48 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Within the next couple of days, Joseph and Carlos returned to our home to get the job done and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
