The gentlemen that CW sent to my house were supremely professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time at all. And, they were so neat and clean, you'd be hard pressed to know they were there.

Quick response to my emergency. My water heater broke and other companies were giving me ridiculous prices. D Plumbing Solutions gave me a reasonable price and was done in half the time. I called back for a leak I had as well. Overall, great quality of work!

These plumbers are very professional and detail oriented. I needed a leak to be fixed. The leak detector company I called, unfortunately didn't locate the correct spot were the leak was. After Andy and his team had jackhammered a hole in my floor, they realized the leak wasn't there. He recommended to call a leak detector company he had used before and they detected the exact location of the leak in a very short time! Andy and his team then proceeded to fix the leak, jackhammering again the cement under the carpet floor. They had to take out a lot of dirt and work mostly in the water. I was impressed by how clean and professionally they worked. The place was spotless after they left, and the price was fair. Would highly recommend them!

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

I had a leak on my main line (underground) just outside my home. I connected with Premium Plumbing via the Thumbtack app and they promptly responded and set up a next day appointment. Corey came out on time, explained the cause of the leak, how he would repair it, and the cost of repair. Once I agreed to move forward, Megan maintained great communication as Corey came back to repair the next day. He showed me the copper pipe that had developed the leak and provided pics of the work he completed. Overall, I received very professional service and would not hesitate to use them again. Wonderful company and knowledgeable staff. We were shopping for a hard to find hot water heater and were able to get it the same day from McGill's! Would recommend to anyone who can't find the right piece, they probably have it or know where to get it.

Jared is great. He was very responsive and trustworthy. He communicated well, was extremely courteous, and did a great job. I wish I would have found him sooner.

Jordan came over to help me fix the leak that was beneath the kitchen sink when I discovered it. He was polite and friendly, and he treated my home with a great deal of respect at all times. He did not show any reluctance in responding to any of my inquiries and thoroughly explained what he was doing to me. Both the repair and Jordan left a significant impression on me. In his role as a spokesperson for St. Petersburg Plumber & Drain Cleaning, he did an excellent job!
