This company is FANTASTIC! We were desperate, only having 1 bathroom and 3 people in the house, our toilet would not flush without nearly over flowing! UGH!
I called several other plumbers only to be told that the earliest they could get me an appointment was the following Tuesday and if I wanted after hours plumbing which could be anytime between five and 10 o’clock at night it would be an additional hundred dollars per hour ouch.
I was referred to CW Plumbing by a neighbor. So I called expecting to hear the same thing, Cristy answered the phone and after hearing my plea of desperation she calmly told me she could have someone here in about 30 to 45 minutes.They showed up in 40 minutes took care of the problem, gave us some advice and we were charged $100.00 LESS than all the other plumbing companies.

Paul was great - he knew immediately what was wrong with my AC unit and was able to provide the new part on the spot. Brandon was excellent! He asked for a rundown of our behavior and experience with the sinks/showers/commodes so he could best investigate and remedy the clogging issue. Then he was totaling engaged in multiple parallel efforts. They net result he was very thorough and gave us tips on possible reasons for the clogging and how best to prevent recurrence. I have always had a great experience w/Premium Plumbing. They came out to the house, gave an honest assessment of the state of the pipes and water cutoff valves (consistent with home inspection, much more reasonable than another plumber who wanted to repipe the whole house), then came out and did exactly the job they said they would (replacing corroded cutoffs and water supply lines). Definitely recommend!
