I work at a property management company and have been working with IFindLeaks for a little over two years now. They have great customer service and always on time. They have done pipe jetting for us which came out awesome. They even put a camera down there to show us before and after. They also have done mold clean up in some of our homes. They have done water extractions for us and went out to the properties as soon as the water line broke. Lastly they have done leak detections for us. They have always found the leak and mark the exact spot. Best company to use for the items I mentioned above. The best part about this company is they are completely honest about everything. Also they pricing are really low compare to competitors. Why use another company when they can do it all cheaper, on time, and professional.

They fit me in fast and did a great job installing two toilets at a very reasonable price.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Over the weekend my A/C unit stopped working. I called requested emergency service. Saturday Afternoon Brayne diagnosed multiple refrigerant leaks unable to locate in a 9 year old American Standard system. Sadly the only option was a new A/C unit. Vinnie did a great job in locating the unit I wanted on a Sunday morning and surprised me with being able to schedule the following Tuesday install. Brayne & Joe worked diligently in the heat despite challenges compliments of Carrier. They did an outstanding job completing a successful install late Tuesday evening. Awesome Team effort. This was the second time in a week my a/c went out, unit purchased from Performance 4 yrs ago. Christian was very thorough today and found the problem. Hopefully the a/c will be fixed soon. He added Freon to cool the house down until the a/c is fixed. Performance needs more techs like Christian on their staff.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. We had a full plumbing backup during the middle of a busy clinic day at our medical facility. The team from Advanced Plumbing were wonderful! They got Dale out to us right away.
