Awesome experience using I Find Leaks. I bought a new house and had issues with my washing machine overflowing every time I used it. They were able to jet the line and I have no issues since! Prompt, courteous, and affordable. I will definitely use them again!!

We had Slaughter Plumbing come out to our house, and one of the things we asked him to do was unclog the drain in our shower. He said it was completed and left. The next morning when we took our showers, still clogged. We called them back, and the same plumber came out and fixed it this time. He didn't charge us since he obviously hadn't fixed it the first time. Well, in a few weeks we get a bill for $95 dollars for that second visit (we had already paid our bill from the first visit). We called the office to let them know what happened, thinking they would just cancel out the bill (especially since we had already paid the first bill). No such luck. We fought the bill, and they threatened to turn us over to collections. We'll never use them again! We have found another plumber we will happily give our business to from now on.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

FAST has been maintaining our system for the last year or two. They’ve been responsive when any problem has presented and they’ve backed up their work when any issue persists.We’ve worked with their technician, Harvey three times and I’ve been consistently comfortable with him being in our home and the quality of his work.

The technician Christian s was fabulous he took the time to explain everything to us and what he was doing. He even listened to us in our past experiences. His patience with my elderly mother and her needing to explain those things. it was awesome!

We are repeat customers of Romo's Plumbing. They are very quick to answer the phone, and work hard to see you as quickly as possible. The team was courteous and professional, and explained the problem and solution in simple terms. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely continue to give them our business in the future.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Andy works very organized so that he moves through the plumbing tasks in a way that allows him to continue moving forward on the task yet back checking to confirm a good pipe seal without wasting time or closing up the wall or cabinet too soon.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

He tried to act like he was giving me a deal for charging me $323 instead of $380 and that he would charge me $323 if I would consider using their maintenance package-which I definitely will not. I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life. They made $300 in profit in just 5 minutes. The tech showed me the replaced part and I googled it and it was only 20 DOLLARS! You people should feel sick taking advantage of customers.
