Company representatives: Scott (plumber) & Robert (electrician) & Roberto (A/C Repair Technicuan). The hot water tank gave out Sunday around 1AM (bad smell woke us up). The company had a plumber (Scotton site late Monday afternoon & Scott had a new water tank installed late Wednesday afternoon. Scott was very courteous, friendly & professional - an excellent representative of the company.Robert (electrician) came on Thursday to do the electrical work on the Water Heater which finalized the job. Robert too was courteous, friendly & professional- another excellent representative of the company. I would like to add that all the representatives who answered the telephone were very pleasant to deal with. Roberto was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous & great response time on a Sunday. If we encounter a similar problem we would only have Roberto deal with the A/C as we had a previous A/C technician that we found incompetent.

Casey and Buddy installed a new AC system at my house. Casey is obviously a perfectionist- the installation was impeccable- and he's really knowledgeable about the product and the equipment. Both guys were extremely professional, polite, and easy to talk to as well. Obviously it hurts the pocket to have to purchase a new AC system, but these two made it a little more bearable.

Everything went great until they left. Ball was dropped. No one showed up for inspection twice. We waited 2 days and no one came. Shroud never came to cover back of house. We had to call to get this done.
