Two guys showed up before the scheduled appointment time and took on the impossible task to fix something in my very tiny crawl space. They did and amazing job. They were very professional and punctual. Leland will certainly be my first call when I need a plumber again!!

I have been a long time customer, but not any more. They came out to repair a small leak in my water pipe. In the process my water softener was moved to fix the pipe. The water softener previously worked perfectly. After the plumber left, the tap water turned orange. The orange was the resin from the once perfect water softener. It got throughout our water system and clogged the faucets. Slaughter sent out plumbers on 2 occasions. None helped other then to say my faucets were 'Off Brand' (they are rubi). Their only solution was to charge me up to $1200 to replace my water softener. The last plumber to visit said that he would have the owner give me a call which never happened. SO BEWARE!!!

Fast of Florida is dependable and their prices are fair. Dan has been out a few times and he is courteous, efficient and explains the nature of the problem and the repair work very clearly.

They are so professional, they are on time, they call me back if they cannot answer the phone, they are very fast at response time in getting to the customer. They are great in getting in touch with the tenants, And they keep me informed of all that is happening. Honestly they are a joy to work with, AND to top it off the pricing is very fair! I could not be happier. Great group of guys!

Work done was great, Nice man came and replaced cartridge in shower/bath. Nice job cleaned up, 1hour work and $40.00 cartridge came to $508.00. looked online and got few estimate charges would be about $225 if I shopped around, $303.00 for same day service. I could of saved a bit of money if I shopped around.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

The gentleman that came to give me a quotes pricing was outrageous to begin with. $250 for a permit? They cost $75! They never followed up with me or sent my formal quote as I was promised. So basically you just sent a stranger to my house for NOTHING but to waste my time.

The next day I had another renowned plumbing company come in to quote replacing my water heater & their cost was less than Cass AND they spotted a few code violations. They were able to fix the code violations, replace my water heater properly and were STILL less expensive.

I would NOT recommend Cass Plumbing as they do not know what they're doing and fail to follow through.
