Best Clogged Sink in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

My house had to be repiped. EveryDayPlumber was the only one who gave a detailed estimate in what exactly they would be doing and a realistic time frame of 3 days, the others said 2 days.
It wasn't an easy job and they were a little higher than the other quotes. Allen and John did a good job.

Have lived in Clearwater for more than 50 years. Have been using McGill for about 20 years. We recently had an insurance claim where unfortunately the insurance company mandated who would repair our kitchen.Well, we still had a leak so I called McGill and Jennifer arranged a service call. When Jonathan came he assessed our situation and came to the conclusion that the parts had been incorrectly assembled under our sink. He then proceeded to tell me he could reuse those parts to save us money. After he correctly hooked up our twin sinks he asked if there was any other plumbing issues to address as we were well under the minimum service time charge. So I asked him to look at an external leaking faucet which he determined needing replacement. All said and done, I paid $100.00 for everything and couldn’t be happier to have meet one of the most honest servicemen I’ve ever come across.

We had our house replumbed and water heater replaced. The water heater malfunction and flooded the house. They quickly responded and had the guys that dries the water out was there shortly after which they paid for. Without any hesitation they paid for a hotel for me. They are also replacing the flooring that wasn’t tile. A lot of companies wouldn’t do this. Anytime I call the owner, that’s how I’m dealing with, he answers. I’m a very happy customer and can tell you you will be happy aswell.

Very happy with their professionalism .....John was our plumber and he quickly went to work to made sure our drain at our restaurant🌴 Thai Coconut 🥥 here in Clearwater issues were resolved. A service company can only be as good as there their Greatest asset ......well trained, professional people. John listen to my concerns and understanding that we had tried hard to solve the problem ourselves but couldn’t. SCOTTO gets an A+ in my book! We had a chronic problem with a stoppage between the dishwasher and sink, which stymied 2 previous plumbing companies, as the problem reoccurred almost immediately after each “fix”. This left us “camping out” with paper plates and plastic silverware to the max, since the dishwasher was not usable. I called SCOTTO and they had a plumber out first thing the next day. Nick demonstrated a strong work ethic and great job knowledge. He showed us the picture of a large plug that had built up over many years, removed it, and installed a biotic to finish dissolving a thin coating of hardened sludge on the pipe. The drain is now working better than It has in a long time, and the price was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use them for any plumbing need!
