Steer clear of this company. They will not give you an itemized bill for the repairs they do so they can intentionally rip you off.Also, they charge you an addition $ 9.95 for who knows what,but they don't disclose this to you when you call them to do a repair.The technician was there for less than 15 minutes and charged close to $300.00. I own a property in another county and the plumbing company I use there always itemizes my bill so I know exactly what I'm being charged for, which helps me when filing my taxes.

Wow. Talk about customer service. We had a plumbing emergency at our house and my neighbor told us about Slaughter plumbing. I explained the situation and the girl said she thought she had a plumber in our neighborhood and would call his cell to see when he could be at my property. Within 15 minutes Paul was at my house and examining the problem. Within another 30 minutes another plumbing technician showed up and the problem was fixed within the hour. These guys were courteous and professional. I am so grateful to my neighbor for sharing this incredible service oriented company. I had a few bad experiences with other local companies but have finally found someone I can rely on for Life! Thanks Slaughter plumbing!!

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I’m very thankful for Justin (Romo) and everyone at Romo’s Plumbing.
I had a hot water slab leak at my house. Justin recommended me to have the company Leak Tracker come out and pinpoint the leak. Once that was done Justin was great at getting me through the rest of the process. Gave me a couple of options to choose from, and the proper advice needed for each option.
He was able to fix the leak for me and get my house back to normal.
Angie was a pleasure to work with for the billing.
Everyone there that I spoke to or interacted with were great. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak in my shower and when I called they had someone there that same morning. Couldn’t finish it but still came back the next day during the storm to get the job done. And Jason was awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to and work with me on ideas. If I could get him every time I would definitely be using them more. Thanks guys for a job well done!

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

We had a pipe burst in our new home which led to cabinet damage and an entire kitchen remodel. Holder plumbing did all the kitchen plumbing and even a few side projects like my irrigation pump. Everything was quickly and professionally done. If anything else arises we will surely call them back.

The guy are amazing!!!!!!!!!I had a long list of plumbing fixtures that need changing and updating. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. My frenchie loves them and they are very kind to him. I will all ways call them!!!!!!

I called and the owner Sam came out right away after my 3 year old dropped a toy in the toilet and flushed. It caused water to back up. He was very informative, efficient and professional. The rate was very affordable. I would highly recommend this company.
